La Nuova Prova orale 1 is the new edition of the first volume of a modern conversation manual for students at the A1-B1 level. It is designed to provide the necessary support for developing oral production, interaction, and mediation skills and to help students prepare for the oral exams of the main Italian language certifications.

The book is composed of 4 main parts:
•    35 thematic units, organized in increasing difficulty from level A1 to B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering the typical topics of each of the three language levels, as well as many other themes that allow students to discuss various aspects of modern life through photo prompts, questions, infographics, and communicative situations;
•    The texts, present from unit 20 onward, are articles, emails, messages, or advertisements that students must summarize and comment on;
•    A playful section with eight types of activities to review the vocabulary and key themes of the thematic units;
•    An Italian-Italian glossary at the end of the book and a multilingual glossary online, allowing students to consult the meaning of more complex words.
  
The code also gives students access to a Supplement, which includes the translation of vocabulary into 5 languages (English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish) and examples of oral exams from the main Italian language certifications.
 
La Nuova Prova orale 1 can be used from the very first lessons at the A1 level and can be utilized up to the B1 level. Each unit provides 30 to 60 minutes of conversation, depending on the level.

The code gives 30 hours of access* for 18 months to the units of the book and several tools available for the students (interactive grammar, glossaries, notes, etc.)

Moreover, the hours can be used to access the Class page that contains learning resources (test, games, blogs, etc.) created by the teacher or the school, and tests and interactive games created by Edilingua.
