It is a start to the path of literacy. It is therefore dedicated to all illiterate students who cannot read and write in the mother tongue. This type of students can only rely on the oral language for communication and has therefore need a long path of accompaniment for access to the written language:

to learn how to put in relate sounds and graphic signs, to read and write words and simple sentences with a communicative purpose and finally a develop a sociolinguistic competence to orient oneself in society, such as that of knowing how to read e include signs and signs or fill out a form with your name and surname.

It can also be a tool to be used for the whole class group, especially if there are pupils weakly literate, for a complete overhaul of phonological awareness. For pupils weakly literate we mean adults who have had insufficient schooling in their mother tongue and who are therefore went to school less than five years.

The fascicolo consists of 5 parts:

1. The alphabet

2. The sounds

3. Numbers and arithmetic operations

4. The signs and signs

Licence Duration

The code gives 15 hours of access* for 18 months to the units of the book. It will be possible to listen to the audio tracks, to insert texts, notes or images, to highlight and to use several tools available for the students (interactive grammar, glossaries etc.).

Moreover, the hours can also be used to access educational resources (tests, games, homework, blogs) sent by the teacher in the classroom of their own virtual classroom.

* Each time the student logs in, a timer records the time that passes by. To avoid consuming unnecessary time, the timer stops automatically after few minutes of inactivity!
